Cake Mix Buttermilk Pecan Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box(16 ounces) yellow cake mix
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Step 2: In a medium sized bowl

Step 3: Stir together the yellow cake milk, buttermilk ,vanilla and eggs until fully incorporated.

Step 4: In a separate bowl

Step 5: Combine with a fork

Step 6: The butter, salt,brown sugar, flour and cinnamon until crumbly.

Step 7: Then mix in the pecans.

Step 8: Spray a 9 x 13 cake pan with Pam

Step 9: And pour 2/3 of the cake batter into the pan, covering the bottom.

Step 10: Then sprinkle half of the crumb mixture on top. Carefully spoon the rest of the cake batter on top and then sprinkle with the remaining crumble.

Step 11: Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
