Step 1: Saute onion and celery in butter in saucepan until tender.
Step 2: Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Step 3: Lower heat; cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Step 4: Remove from heat; toss lightly with a fork. Replace cover and let rice stand about 5 minutes.
