Step 1: Peel and cut the rutabagas into 1/4 inch slices. Stack the slices and cut into 1/4 inch sticks.
Step 2: Toss with rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Roast at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the pan often, until browned and tender.
