Ingredients
- 4 pounds beef chuck roast, cut into 2- two 3-inch chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 can (15 ounce)tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 ounce) water
- 1 can (6 ounce)tomato paste
- 1 can (6 ounce)red wine
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/32 teaspoon allspice

Step 1: Season beef lightly
