Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed ,cold
- Filling:
- 2 cans (30 ounces) peach halves, drained ,(15 ounces each)
- 1 cup brown sugar , packed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cream:
- 3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 8 ounces heavy whipping cream,(1 cup)
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Step 2: Spray pam in springform pan

Step 3: Whisk dry crust ingredients together

Step 4: Cut in cold butter until crumbly

Step 5: Press into pan

Step 6: Put peaches cut side up

Step 7: Sprinkle sugar cinnamon And salt

Step 8: Bake 20 minutes

Step 9: Mix cream and egg yolks

Step 10: Pour over hot peach halves

Step 11: Bake 20 more minutes until set
