Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups instant potatoes
How to Make

Step 1: Bring everything but potatoes to a boil

Step 2: Add in potatoes stirring until thickened

Step 3: Now I like mine thick but you can add more water to loosen them up or a bit more potatoes to get tighter
