Step 1: Cook chicken wings in boiling water to cover for 15 minutes. Drain, reserving stock for another use.
Step 2: Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a heavy saucepan, and cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 3: Dip wings in sauce then place on grill 3 - 4 inches from white ashes (hot coals), and cook for 5- 10 minutes per side, basting frequently with sauce.
