Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 7 ounces dry white rice,(1 cup)
- 1 can(16 ounce) tomato sauce
- 1 3/4 cups water,hot
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
How to Make

Step 1: Heat Wesson in skillet.

Step 2: Add onion, green pepper, beef and rice.

Step 3: Stir over high heat until lightly browned.

Step 4: Add Hunt's Tomato Sauce

Step 5: Stir

Step 6: Add remaining ingredients.

Step 7: Wash out tomato sauce can with water

Step 8: Mix well.

Step 9: Bring quickly to a boil.

Step 10: Cover tightly, and simmer 25 minutes.

Step 11: Turn off heat and leave covered 5 minutes
