Ingredients
- Salad:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes,halved
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 can (15 ounces) great northern white beans, drained
- 1 can ( 6 ounces)tuna, packed in oil
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives,sliced,pitted
- 4 ounces baguette, cut into bite sized cubes
- Dressing:
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
