Ingredients
- Toast:
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 ounces white sandwich bread,(8 slices)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Lemon creme:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 lemon ,zested, juiced
- Garnish:
- 4 ounces reddi whip topping
- 4 tablespoons lemon curd
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
How to Make

Step 1: Mix the ingredients for the lemon creme with electric mixer

Step 2: Chill in balls

Step 3: Beat the eggs ,milk ,seasoning, together

Step 4: Heat butter

Step 5: Dip bread and fry
