Step 1: Heat oil saute onions and peppers
Step 2: Add garlic and ginger
Step 3: Add spices
Step 4: Add broth & water
Step 5: Add lentil
Step 6: Simmer 20 minutes
Step 7: Add corn
Step 8: Simmer 10 minutes
Step 9: Can use immersion blender or leave chunky
Step 10: Season to taste
