Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Step 2: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add in onion and saute until softened (about 3 minutes). Add in garlic; cook 1 minute. Add in flour, cayenne, seasoned salt and pepper and stir for 1 minute. Add chicken broth and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until sauce thickens and bubbles. Stir in whipping cream, wine and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese until combined (if you like you can increase the amount of Parmesan cheese slightly).
Step 3: Place broccoli and chicken in the baking dish. Pour sauce over then lightly toss to combine. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (can use more Parmesan cheese).
Step 4: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
