Step 1: Start by boiling the cauliflower head tender in lightly salted water for approximately 15 minutes. Bring the water to a boil before putting the cauliflower in the pot.
Step 2: Pour the water from the pot and let the cauliflower cool for a minimum of 45 minutes.
Step 3: Combine ingredients for dressing
Step 4: Refrigerate
Step 5: Roughly chop the iceberg lettuce and spread it on a large platter.
Step 6: Place the cauliflower head on top of the salad.
Step 7: Pour the dressing over the cooled cauliflower head.
Step 8: Garnish the dish with shrimp, peas, tomatoes in boats, quarter eggs and a little dill.
