Step 1: Over medium heat fry the garlic and peppers in the olive oil for about 3 minutes
Step 2: Add drained beans, mash them,mixing in the peppers and garlic. Add a bit of the reserved bean juice so you have a nice consistency
Step 3: Heat the vegetarian hamburger over medium heat stirring frequently
Step 4: When the beans are ready and the hamburger is heated through assemble your tostados
Step 5: Add 5 tablespoons of beans to the bottom of the shell, then 5 tablespoons of burger, next lettuce, tomatoes, then cheese and last salsa
Step 6: If using top with avacado and sour cream Enjoy
