Step 1: In pitcher or bowl, combine hot coffee and sugar, stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool to room temperature; cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. At serving time, sir in light cream. Fill tall glasses with ice cubes; pour in iced coffee. Garnish with dollop of whipped cream and cinnamon pinch of cinnamon or twist of orange.
