Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoons milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 ounce polska kielbasa, chopped
- 1 ounce ham,diced
- 1 tablespoon onions, minced
- 1 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 ounce monterey jack cheese, shredded
- Topping:
- 1/4 cup white sausage gravy
- 1 ounce bacon
How to Make

Step 1: Start heating the sausage gravy

Step 2: In 1 skillet heat the strip of bacon to crunchy

Step 3: Heat the ham and sausage next to it have 1 tablespoon butter and saute the onions

Step 4: When they are mostly done

Step 5: In 2nd skillet

Step 6: Heat butter add eggs that you have seasoned to taste

Step 7: Add cheese

Step 8: Let it melt

Step 9: Add sausage and ham and onions

Step 10: Fold over

Step 11: Top with gravy and crumbled bacon
