Step 1: In a large zip lock freezer bag, combine the thawed orange juice concentrate, balsamic vinegar, dry sherry & minced garlic. Then add the chicken, seal the bag & chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Step 2: When marinated, remove the chicken from the bag & reserve the marinade.
Step 3: In a large nonstick skillet, cook the brown sugar & sesame oil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly for about 4 minutes.
Step 4: Add the chicken to the skillet & cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side, then add the reserved marinade, the onion & cranberries & cook, stirring & turning the chicken often, for 10 minutes or until done. Remove the chicken from the skillet & let stand 5 minutes.
Step 5: Remove the chicken from the skillet & let stand 5 minutes, then cut each breast into 4 slices & serve with the cranberry mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds & green onions & enjoy.
