Step 1: Dry rice in the refrigerator 1 day.
Step 2: Brown sausage and bacon in a large skillet.
Step 3: Add rice and mix well.
Step 4: Add onions, peas, carrots and char siu;
Step 5: Mix.
Step 6: Add oyster sauce, salt , hon dashi.
