Step 1: In a small saucepan combine the sugar with cornstarch. Whisk in water and corn syrup; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 2 minutes stirring constantly until thickened; remove from heat and stir in strawberry gelatin and strawberry extract.
Step 2: Cool to room temperature (glaze will continue to thicken when cooling).
