Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or use all mayo)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup green onion or red onion, minced
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons minced jalapeno (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional, to taste)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional, to taste)
- 6 cups shredded cabbage (from a bag or a head)
How to Make

Step 1: Mix together all ingredients except cabbage in a large bowl.
