Ingredients
- 10 ounces albacore tuna (drained, packed in water) (1 can)
- 6 cups baby spinach, packed
- 1 cup tomato, chopped
- 2 tablespoons black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped, peeled
- 4 ounces crumbled, reduced-fat feta cheese (1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- Dressing
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/3 teaspoon fresh coarsely ground black pepper
