Step 1: Divide the sausage meat in 3 equal parts and form into patties.
Step 2: Mix your prepared vegetables together.
Step 3: Lightly spray a large skillet with oil.
Step 4: Over high heat brown one side of the burgers.
Step 5: Flip the burgers and add all the vegetables to the pan, cover, lower heat to medium.
Step 6: Give the vegetables a stir a few times and flip the burgers once angain. Place the lid back on.
Step 7: Cook for approximately 15 minutes or until the burgers are cooked (internal temperature 160f).
Step 8: Place each burger on a bun with their share of the vegetables. Add any condiments that you like - perhaps some parmesan cheese, lettuce, sliced tomato - Enjoy.
