Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar,packed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 can (8 ounces)crushed pineapple,drained (1/2 cup)
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How to Make

Step 1: Cream butter and sugars

Step 2: Add egg and vanilla

Step 3: Add pineapple

Step 4: In another bowl

Step 5: Whisk dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture

Step 6: Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased pam sprayed cookie sheet

Step 7: Bake for about 10 minutes in oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit until lightly browned around edges
