Step 1: Combine celery, rice, onion, salt and pepper and stock in saucepan
Step 2: Bring to a boil.
Step 3: Reduce heat
Step 4: Cover
Step 5: Simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Step 6: Add milk and butter
Step 7: Heat until butter is melted
