Step 1: Cut tenderloin in half lengthwise into 2 long strips.
Step 2: Cut each strip into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3: Add pieces to a bowl
Step 4: Set aside.
Step 5: Chop green onions into 2-inch pieces
Step 6: Reserving green ends to be chopped as garnish later.
Step 7: Add onion pieces, 1 tablespoon each sriracha and soy sauce, pepper and salt to pork and stir to combine.
Step 8: Marinate pork and onions for 8 hours
Step 9: Meanwhile
Step 10: Combine sauce ingredients and stir well; set aside.
Step 11: Have Enough oil to coat the bottom of wok and heat over high heat.
Step 12: Once skillet is hot
Step 13: Add half of the pork and onions in a single layer.
Step 14: Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, or until pieces are nicely browned and starting to crisp.
Step 15: Remove to a bowl and continue cooking the rest of the pork and onions.
Step 16: Once all the pork is browned
Step 17: Return to skillet
Step 18: Reduce heat to medium, add the sauce and stir to coat.
Step 19: Continue cooking for 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
Step 20: Serve with white rice and garnish with fresh chopped green onions.
