Step 1: Heat skillet with salt
Step 2: Season burger with spices
Step 3: Fry burger until browned but not cooked through
Step 4: Add onion and chili ,saving some of the raw onion for garnish
Step 5: Season with all the spices to taste
Step 6: Simmer until onions softened
Step 7: Put cheese on top of burger
Step 8: When melted move burger on toast into big bowl or lipped plate
Step 9: Pour chili over
Step 10: It should be swimming
Step 11: Garnish with raw onions
