Step 1: Put soy sauce on cold day old rice
Step 2: Get seasonings all together in a bowl
Step 3: Heat wok with oil
Step 4: Stir in cabbage celery & onions
Step 5: Heat just until tender add garlic
Step 6: Add rice
Step 7: Add rest of seasoning
Step 8: Stir fry until combined and warm
Step 9: Check for taste season to taste
