Step 1: Slice the cream cheese in the middle (longways), so you will have two equal large pieces of cream cheese
Step 2: Place them side by side on an attractive plate
Step 3: Cover them with the crab meat
Step 4: Mix together the chili sauce, horseradish, worchestershire, tabasco, lemon juice, chives, parsley and salt
Step 5: Just before serving, top the crab with the chili sauce mixture
Step 6: Serve with crisp crackers
