- 4 ounces firm tofu,diced,fried,(1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper,chopped
- 1/4 cup bread and butter pickles, chopped
- 4 ounces cooked chicken breast, chopped,(1/2 cup)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley,minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs,hardboiled,(1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons french dressing
