Ann's Stuffed Dates ~ Holiday

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds dates (24 whole pitted dates)
- 1/2 to 1 cup peanut butter, (depends on how full you stuff the dates)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
How to Make

Step 1: Cut each date almost all the way through, and stuff with peanut butter.

Step 2: Top each date with a sprinkling of walnuts. Make sure you press them down into the peanut butter a little.

Step 3: Roll in confectionary sugar.

Step 4: Place on a serving plate, or wrap in plastic wrap until ready to serve.
