Step 1: Soften gelatin in cold milk
Step 2: Dissolve gelatin mixture in scalded milk
Step 3: In double boiler
Step 4: Boil water underneath
Step 5: Add sugar pinch of salt and cocoa
Step 6: Pour in boiling water
Step 7: Whisk
Step 8: Add gelatin mixture with egg yolk tempered in
Step 9: Whisk
Step 10: Until thickened whisking constantly
Step 11: Off heat
Step 12: Add vanilla
Step 13: Temper in egg white (it says to let cool first but the heat should kill bad things lol)
Step 14: Put in mold
Step 15: Chill until firm serve with whipped cream if you like
