Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2: In pan 1
Step 3: Cook noodles al dente
Step 4: Drain
Step 5: Meanwhile in pan 2
Step 6: Saute celery and onions in butter
Step 7: Add mushrooms
Step 8: Cook down a bit
Step 9: Add soy sauce
Step 10: Add sherry
Step 11: Cook down until it's a thicken sauce
Step 12: Meanwhile in pan 3
Step 13: White sauce
Step 14: Heat butter in stockpot (everything is going to wind up here)
Step 15: Add flour and pepper
Step 16: Cook but dont brown
Step 17: Add broth
Step 18: Whisk
Step 19: Add milk
Step 20: Whisk
Step 21: Add tuna and oil
Step 22: Add peas
Step 23: Cook until thickened
Step 24: Add veggies
Step 25: Add noodles
Step 26: Add cheese and juice
Step 27: Stir gently
Step 28: Pour into casserole
Step 29: Top with bread crumbs drizzle oil over top
Step 30: Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until topping browned and hot and bubbly
