Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounces)sauerkraut
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 3 green onions,minced
- 1 pound pork sausage,cooked
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese,shredded
How to Make

Step 1: Mix undrained sauerkraut caraway seeds and onions in bottom of casserole

Step 2: Sprinkle the kraut with sausage

Step 3: Pile the potatoes on top

Step 4: Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
