Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 tablespoons butter
How to Make

Step 1: Beat eggs very light.

Step 2: Add milk beat more.

Step 3: Add flour and salt.

Step 4: Mix.

Step 5: Add baking soda to buttermilk and add to mix.

Step 6: Add a tablespoon of butter to skillet each time you bake a cake in the skillet.

Step 7: Pour 1/4 cup batter onto buttered griddle.

Step 8: When it gets bubbles flip until browned.
