Ingredients
- 2 ounces ham
- 3 mushrooms
- 2 ounces white bread,(2 slices)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 slices tomato
- 1/6 teaspoons salt
- 1/16 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs,poached
- 1/4 cup hollandaise sauce
How to Make

Step 1: In food processor combine ham and mushrooms

Step 2: Combine into a paste

Step 3: Butter bread and grill into toast

Step 4: They made rounds of toast you can

Step 5: Spread the ham paste on to each round and heat up

Step 6: Plate and put a tomato slice onto the ham
