Ingredients
- 1 package (16 ounces) pineapple cake mix
- 1 package (3 ounce ) instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup shortening,melted
- 1 cup water
- Topping:
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple
- 1 cup powdered sugar ,sifted
- 3 tablespoons evaporated milk
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2: Mix the cake mix and pudding mix together with a whisk

Step 3: Add eggs and cooled shortening

Step 4: Drain the crushed pineapple into a measuring cup and add enough water to make 1 cup

Step 5: Pour into cake and mix

Step 6: Spray pam into tube cake pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes until done

Step 7: Topping pour drained pineapple over cake

Step 8: Mix with electric mixer

Step 9: Powdered sugar and enough canned milk to make a runny glaze
