Step 1: Place salt in cast iron skillet
Step 2: Cook the onions and ground round until onions are translucent
Step 3: Add spices to taste
Step 4: Add tomatoes and mushrooms juice and add
Step 5: Add the beans
Step 6: Add sugar (be careful go slow )
Step 7: Add vinegar
Step 8: Cook uncovered at least 60 minutes on low simmer
