Step 1: Steam shrimp until done, approximately 5 minutes or until pink.
Step 2: Saute onions in melted butter until tender.
Step 3: Stir in flour, curry powder, salt, sugar and ginger.
Step 4: Dissolve bouillon cube in water.
Step 5: Gradually combine bouillon and milk with onion and spice mixture, stirring until thickened.
Step 6: Add cooked shrimp and lemon juice, cooking only enough to heat through.
Step 7: Serve over rice.
