Ingredients
- 3 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup onion,sliced
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 ounce dry onion soup mix,(1/2 envelope)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 pound velveeta cheese,chopped
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese,shredded
How to Make

Step 1: Boil potatoes until done

Step 4: Layer the onions and potatoes in a greased casserole
