Step 1: Heat butter in a frying pan.
Step 2: Fry potatoes until cooked through and golden brown on both sides.
Step 3: Add anchovies and allow to melt
Step 4: Add other ingredients to the pan.
Step 5: Stir gently to avoid breaking potatoes.
Step 6: Check for seasonings the anchovy might just be enough salt in the dish
