Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 package (9 ounces) chocolate wafer cookies,crushed
- 4 tablespoons butter,melted
- Filling:
- 16 ounces cream cheese,softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 8 1/2 ounces sour cream ,(1 cup)
- 1 lemon
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 250 degrees

Step 3: In food processor mix the cookies and then butter

Step 4: Grease a 10 inch springform pan

Step 5: Pat cookie mixture in

Step 6: Bake 10 minutes

Step 7: Filling:

Step 8: Raise temperature to 300 degrees

Step 9: Mix cream cheese and sugar in electric mixer bowl for 10 minutes

Step 10: Scrape down bowl and add the eggs 1 at a time beat until completely combined

Step 11: Then add the juice of the lemon and zest of the lemon

Step 13: Add sour cream

Step 15: Bake in the center of oven for 60 minutes until the center of cake is a bit wobbly
