Step 1: Place first 7 ingredients in a slow cooker.
Step 2: Cover, and cook for 4-5 hours on High.
Step 3: Shred chicken and place back in slow cooker. add vegetables and stir well.
Step 4: Add biscuit pieces on top, cover and cook about 30 minutes or until the dough is no longer raw in the center.
