Step 1: Clean the mushrooms and thickly slice them.
Step 2: Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat
Step 3: Stir in the garlic and saute 1 minute
Step 4: Add mushrooms and fry until golden (apprx 6 minutes) medium heat
Step 5: Mix mustard and cottage cheese add to the pan and cook until the cheese has melted and the sauce is a rich brown (3 to 5 minutes)
Step 6: Ready to serve
