Step 1: Thread your skewers alternating chicken with the red and green peppers
Step 2: Mix the remaining ingredients
Step 3: Place the skewersin a shallow dish, pour on the marinade. Place in fridge for at least 2 hours. Turn them a few tims so all sides are coated with the marinade
Step 4: Grill the kebabs over medium heat about 6 inches from the heat source, turn them so all side cook evenly. It takes approximately 15 minutes depending on the size of the chicken pieces. Do not overcook or your chicken will be dry
