Ingredients
- 1 pound watermelon, cubed, seedless
- 4 ounces goat cheese (1 log)
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 4 ounces pitted black olives (about 1/2 cup)
- Fresh basil, hand-torn, to taste (a couple of handfuls)
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil (just a drizzle is needed)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
