Step 1: Boil linguine according to package directions. (Prep time includes 15 minutes for this).
Step 2: Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3: Add red pepper, and cook 2 minutes.
Step 4: Add garlic; saute 30 seconds or until garlic is lightly browned.
Step 5: Remove from heat; stir in the remaining ingredients.
Step 6: Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
