Step 1: Break eggs into bowl, add a dash of soy sauce and a couple of grinds of white pepper, whisk.
Step 2: Get pan up to heat and drop a little butter and a drop or 2 of Sesame Oil.
Step 3: Add chopped Green Onion and let sizzle for about 20 seconds at most.
Step 4: Add whisked egg mixture and scramble for about a minute or 2, enjoy.
