Step 1: Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl.
Step 2: In a saucepan combine the butter with brown sugar and corn syrup; bring to a simmer stirring over medium heat.
Step 3: Pour over the popcorn in the bowl; with a large spoon or spatula toss until the caramel is combined with the popcorn.
