Step 1: Remove stems from kale and then slice the leaves lengthwise into ribbon-like strips. Place kale in steamer basket over boiling water and then steam for 10-15 minutes or until tender but still bright green.
Step 2: Transfer kale to serving dish and then add the remainder of the ingredients (lemon zest - pepper); toss. Serve immediately.
