Step 1: Place tomatoes into a mixing bowl and drizzle with the Vino Cotto, set aside to marinate for fifteen to twenty minutes.
Step 2: Arrange tomatoes on serving dish.
Step 3: Drizzle over the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and gently toss together and season to taste with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
Step 4: Place basil leaves on top just before serving.
